James and his group just did a killer job with my move from FL to TX. These guys were so courteous, handling all my furniture with care, including my baker’s rack and my beloved armchair. They even helped me disassemble my dressing table and put it back together in my new place. And despite the fact that we had to move during rush hour traffic, they didn’t complain once. They were very patient and flexible. They rocked my move and I’m very grateful to them.
I had a good experience with the movers. They were very helpful, hard working and cared for our furniture. Communications leading up to the move was clear, but I would have liked to have had a more specific arrival time. No major problems with delivery.

Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.
I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs. Not a single piece was scratched or harmed in any way. I am grateful beyond measure!

They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. They are a very professional company to do the move with as my high-rise move had a lot of problems to deal with but Swift Shift Van Lines solved them all. They organized the use of the elevator, they packed up the truck in an efficient manner and they got all of it done in record time. Absolutely fantastic!

To make sure they could meet us when we were ready, they checked in with us the day before our visit to see what time we were expecting to arrive. And they did! Almost a week before the event, I made my reservation.
