Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
Really happy with how this move turned out. A sewing studio with several older industrial machines needed to be relocated. The machines had small parts that could shift easily, so the movers wrapped the metal heads in thick plastic before moving them. Heavy tables were carried up the driveway and brought in through the side door without being dragged. After everything was set down, the needles and parts were still in place.
Our moving experience with them was excellent. Without question, they are the city's top movers. The procedure was enjoyable because of the team's dedication and careful handling of our stuff.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.
After a divorce, I had to move out of my family home, which was a difficult experience. The movers were incredibly respectful and made the process much easier. They packed up my things with care, and I was grateful for how kind they were throughout the whole process. They moved everything quickly, and I felt relieved to have one less thing to worry about during a tough time.
I must admit that I was astounded by how meticulous they were. The finished product was magnificent, and it proved to me that they paid close attention to every detail.
