They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
The movers from this company did a fantastic job. Jack sent 3 movers on the same day I booked my appointment. They worked hard to pack and transport everything on time, even though the booking was last minute. The move went smoothly, and I had no issues adjusting, so their hard work was worthwhile.

Luckily, the crew from Swift Shift Van Lines wrapped each item in layers, secured them inside wardrobe boxes for extra stability, and made sure they were the last loaded and first unloaded. I was overjoyed when I received every single piece in perfect shape!

This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
There were four of us in all. I haven't worked with such a committed and diligent team in years. They made us feel at home immediately, and they were really careful with our belongings. In addition, the packaging was top-notch.
