Thanks to the Paul and Griffith from the company, the transfer was smooth and easy. Whenever I had questions during the operation, he promptly responded. My recommendation is for them. On time and intact, the things came.
Incredible movers! They were especially careful with my delicate glassware, wrapped them skillfully, and provided me with special boxes. They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
I recently relocated my small business from one office space to another, and I was concerned about the electronics and desks potentially getting damaged. The movers came prepared with all the right materials, wrapped everything securely, and even labeled boxes as they went. The setup at the new place was smooth, and not a single item was out of place. Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.
It was nice that William and the experts were so careful with my things. While they were transporting my things, Melvin went above and beyond to make sure nothing went missing. I had a lot of stuff. He checked everything twice while loading and unloading to ensure he didn't skip anything.
It was a long-distance move in a busy season. I was very impressed with the estimated delivery window that Swift Shift Van Lines provided and their adherence to it despite the demand. We highly recommend them!
The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
Honestly, I thought moving would be a nightmare, but these guys made it simple. They wrapped things up properly and loaded the truck smartly, so nothing got damaged.
