I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.

William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!

They took care of my stuff and stayed polite through it all. All the belongings made it to the new place without a problem. I liked how simple they made the process. The company moved our items with great efficiency and punctuality. They easily disassembled our previous house's dining table, sofa, and bed and put everything back together when we moved. They also safely packed our microwave, PC and TV and treated them with care. Together, they finished the relocation in few hours.
It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY

The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!

I found the movers to be very helpful when I asked them to move the heavy bookshelf a second time. The truck was well-maintained, and the crew stayed on task until the very last box was inside.
