The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
When it rained quite hard, the movers went to work to make sure our hardwood floors were taken care of! They installed protective runners in the hallways and put shoe covers on to prevent mud from being tracked in the hallways.
Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.
What helped most was how they handled the equipment. No delays, no excuses, just got it done the way I asked. Our stuff was out and loaded before lunch, and that saved everyone a long day.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy

My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged. They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.
