The moving experience with this company produced only positive results. They arrived at the scheduled time to perform their tasks with focus and precision until completing all the safe loading and unloading operations. Friendly behavior among their staff made the entire moving process more pleasant for me.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.

I found the whole process very straightforward because the workers were so helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this specific group again for any future outdoor projects.
The team handled our move-out from an apartment building in the busy downtown area where parking is a huge issue. The driver parked the truck well in the loading area without blocking traffic and the crew finished clearing out our unit of 2 bed units before the arranged time.

Everything arrived safely at my new home. They offered unpacking insurance for additional peace of mind. The entire process was transparent and trustworthy.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
