They were so incredible!

I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.

Keep up the good work!

My experience turned out better than expected. The movers stayed on task and didn’t bounce around between things. They worked through the move in a way that made sense and didn’t need to redo anything. Items fit the way they planned it, and there was no stopping and restarting. The work kept moving without feeling chaotic. Once it was done, I felt good about how it all went and didn’t have any second thoughts about using the service.

Nightmare

They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.

Stunning Movers!

I had a long-distance move scheduled and was nervous about timing and communication. I had furniture, clothes, and several fragile decorations that mattered a lot to me. From the pickup to drop-off, everything went according to plan. The movers stayed in touch along the way, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. When the truck arrived, not a single item was damaged. Such reliability is hard to find.

Our move was handled very efficiently by Swift Shift Van Lines. Everyone worked together efficiently, and they seemed experienced with moving heavy furniture. They were mindful of the walls and door frames, as these were rather large, since we have some very large furniture.
