Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
The attention to detail was remarkable. The movers used custom crates for artwork and antiques. They took photos of the setup of electronic devices before disassembling them, which helped immensely when reassembling. They had a wardrobe box for clothes, so they arrived wrinkle-free. The team leader, Steven, updated throughout the move, ensuring nothing was overlooked.
Our movers called off work on the day of the move. Swift Shift Van Lines had a packing crew of three out to our house in less than 45 minutes. Expert, prompt, kind, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
