Very trustworthy! Swift Shift Van Lines was responsible for arranging all unloading activities without any hassle, since I had to leave town early and was not there during the delivery. They followed my instructions and charged me fairly. Highly recommended!
Really pleased with how things went with the team from Swift Shift Van Lines. The movers arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly and careful with my things. I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. Happy to have chosen them!
These guys handled it all like experts. They even disassembled and reassembled my mattress without breaking a sweat. My mattress is a monster. I wouldn’t even be able to do that stuff myself if I tried. They were very efficient and quick, and completed the task in no time. I was satisfied with their work.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
He saved my life at the last minute! I made the reservations 2 days before the move. They were my hero, and they got me a list of things to bring, and they came. Complete champs!
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
I had a good experience with the movers. They were very helpful, hard working and cared for our furniture. Communications leading up to the move was clear, but I would have liked to have had a more specific arrival time. No major problems with delivery.
Kenneth was quite skilled; he took extra precautions by using more protective equipment when moving. They worked hard all day long without losing their good spirits. He deserves my immense thanks, which I owe him.
