I contacted Swift Shift Van Lines for a same-day move of my studio apartment. The guys showed up fast, packed my bed, TV, and kitchen stuff, and were done before evening. Nothing broke, and the timing was perfect.
Thanks to Jason and Jack, moving my belongings was a breeze. They even went out of their way to help on moving day. They helped me disconnect utilities and move items that wouldn't fit through the entryway of my new apartment.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!
We had to pack up and move after a quick job transfer, and timing was tight. I didn’t have time to finish labeling everything, but the movers worked with what I had and made it simple. They even asked where I wanted things placed so I wouldn’t have to shuffle boxes around later. It made the whole situation way easier than I expected.
You must hire these guys if you want a team that actually works hard. William and the team showed up right at 8 am and didn't stop until each item arrived at my new place.
So my move was complicated because my new place has a really narrow hallway. I warned them about it when they got here. The guys just nodded, measured it, and figured out a plan on the spot. They angled my bookcase perfectly and got it through without a scratch on the wall or the furniture. I was amazed.
George and his crew managed their time really well. I was a bit skeptical at first, but packing, loading, delivery and unloading were all done timely. I had a comfortable transition all because of them!
The choice to use Swift Shift Van Lines for the move was the right one! Both the staff and the costs were affordable. What a pleasure it was to work with them! There was no delay in the arrival of anything in MD, and they all worked like clockwork.
Moving my store to a new spot sounded horrible. I got too much stuff, but they finished it way faster than I thought. I didn’t even lose a day of work. Very Smooth Transition!
