My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.
The movers showed there when expected and followed all of the guidelines precisely. Definitely using these again!

My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
The Jack group was prompt and well-prepared for the transfer. It is because of Kevin that all of my household goods made it to my new home safely and without a scratch. Their work is of exceptional quality, and they pay close attention to every detail.
The movers were absolute professionals. They navigated my narrow staircase without a single scratch on the walls or furniture. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they took time to check that everything was positioned where I wanted it in my new place. I've moved plenty of times, and this was by far the easiest.
