I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
James and his group just did a killer job with my move from FL to TX. These guys were so courteous, handling all my furniture with care, including my baker’s rack and my beloved armchair. They even helped me disassemble my dressing table and put it back together in my new place. And despite the fact that we had to move during rush hour traffic, they didn’t complain once. They were very patient and flexible. They rocked my move and I’m very grateful to them.
Punctuality is important to me, and the movers arrived exactly at 10:50 AM, as promised. They greeted me with a smile and quickly walked through the house to understand what needed to be done. I appreciated how they asked small questions like where to park the truck and which boxes were high-priority. They were polite throughout and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. The entire move felt friendly and stress-free.
I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
The movers were absolute professionals. They navigated my narrow staircase without a single scratch on the walls or furniture. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they took time to check that everything was positioned where I wanted it in my new place. I've moved plenty of times, and this was by far the easiest.

They were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole moving process much more enjoyable. They offered to help me unpack some of the boxes at my new place, which was a huge help.
They moved fragile paintings and expensive electronics for me, and everything arrived safely. I could see how much care they put into wrapping and carrying items. Their precision really impressed me throughout the entire moving experience.
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
