To be completely honest, I only picked Swift Shift Van Lines because they were the cheapest option on the list I got from a friend. I did not expect much if I am being real. They loaded the entire truck in two hours and then drove forty-five minutes to my new place and unloaded everything in another hour and a half. Moving out of a third floor walkup is never easy especially with a heavy upright piano. I was worried about the stairs, but the guys were total pros about it. They used high quality straps and padding to make sure the instrument stayed safe during the descent. The truck was packed tight, so nothing shifted during the drive across town. I appreciate the hard work they put into such a physical job. The price was also very fair for the effort.
