Solid 5 stars from my side because we moved a 3 bedroom house and the entire job was done in under 5 hours and everything was accounted for at the end.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
My long-distance move had me worried about lost or damaged items. Joseph addressed these concerns with their detailed inventory system, meticulously documenting every box and piece of furniture. Everything arrived safely at my new home. They offered unpacking insurance for additional peace of mind. The entire process was transparent and trustworthy.
We had rain on moving day. The movers covered my sofa and chairs in plastic, so nothing got wet. Everything stayed dry. I really appreciated their preparation and care. I’d recommend them.
For my move out of state, these guys were a huge help. I had a bit of a mess with my building's freight elevator being out of service, but they just rolled with it and got everything up the stairs without any complaints.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
The wardrobe boxes made the whole experience so different for me! My clothes hung in the closet on hangers and were loaded into the truck without being folded. Big time savers.
The professionalism and quickness of their moving firm impressed me greatly. They committed to the role and came prepared on the moving day with the packing supplies. Nobody can match their prices or the quality of service they deliver when it comes to packing and moving.
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
