I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
The Jack group was prompt and well-prepared for the transfer. It is because of Kevin that all of my household goods made it to my new home safely and without a scratch. Their work is of exceptional quality, and they pay close attention to every detail.
They wrote clear labels on every box, saying exactly what was inside. That way, we didn't have to waste time searching for things when we unpacked. No more digging through boxes to find what we needed right away!
