When hiring movers from this company, I faced a dilemma about what to store and they went the extra mile for me. They helped me sort and put my necessities in the bag, they marked and labeled them, and even put my storage in order for me. Thank you for having faith in me!
Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.
It was a pleasure to work with this firm. The office staff there was really helpful and responsive to my inquiries. The movers they provided were polite, on time, and quite useful. They got everything where it needed to go swiftly and efficiently, even setting up our beds. In this case, I would suggest Swift Shift Van Lines.

The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. The movers stayed patient and worked through every angle until they got them out safely. Everything was wrapped neatly, and nothing was damaged in the process. It was handled really well.

Their professionalism was unrivalled and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

There was a delay with the elevator in my building, and I expected it to affect the move. Bobby adjusted the order of loading so the time was still used efficiently.
