They were very responsive

Couldn't have gone better.

Faultless service!

I booked them just to move a few bulky items, and didn’t expect much beyond basic hauling. But Swift Shift Van Lines team took time to wrap and secure each item. Very professional and caring.

I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and these guys actually showed up on a Sunday morning with only two days' notice. I was still throwing stuff in bags when they got there, but they didn’t complain or judge the mess. They just started grabbing boxes and even helped me wrap my big floor mirror so it wouldn't crack. Super-fast, super nice, and they didn't charge me a 'panic fee' or anything crazy.
