Someday, I envision everyone appreciating Swift Shift Van Lines as deeply as I do. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations. They took great care when handling my furniture and other belongings while packing.
Moving my studio was easy with their help. The team used boxes for my fragile items like ceramics and glass vases. They labeled every box clearly and packed them in an organized manner. They handled my large painting with care, using a protective cover. The movers were efficient and made sure to place each item exactly where I wanted it in the new studio.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
Movers labeled each box with room names and contents, making unpacking so much easier and stress-free.
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
What worked well was how the team handled changes as they came up. I moved to simplify daily routines, not because I had to. Richard and the other members noticed early that some items needed different handling and shifted the order on their own.
I had to move heavy garage tools, including a big tool chest. The movers loaded it with a dolly, secured everything tightly, and placed it exactly where I asked in the new garage. It was handled perfectly.
How professional and knowledgeable the relocation company was stunned me. They pretended to be ready for anything and put up a show.
I don’t enjoy moving, but the crew made it easier than I expected. They arrived on time, handled the heavy lifting, and kept everything straightforward. The job was done smoothly from start to finish.
