On moving day, our movers showed up on time and worked carefully. They were an hour faster than expected, and all of our furniture was in pristine shape when it arrived. The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
James used a ramp for heavy furniture. It made everything move smoothly without bumps or scrapes. Brave Movers.
