The Swift Shift Van Lines staff surprised me last week by giving me a freshly painted dining room table. Nothing at all went wrong. Everything went smoothly since I knew what to expect from the moment, I scheduled the job and began receiving emails and messages saying "we are on our way."
Excellent use of heavy workout equipment. They efficiently disassembled my Peloton bike and power rack and reassembled them securely and safely at the new power rack.
I recently moved, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I've ever made. I can't remember the last time I felt so content and satisfied. Following the move of my family of four from a two-story house with numerous heavy furnishings, all items were successfully delivered. Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
An absolutely flawless move! The team exhibited unbelievable efficiency and team work. They enquired whether specific items required special handling, a relief for my sentimental pieces before wrapping anything. What really amazed me is how they ensured every box was labeled in a fashion that would make it easy to unpack. Truly thoughtful and skilled movers!
I moved back to the city to be closer to my friends. The guys loaded the heavy treadmill and the weight rack from the basement. They used straps to keep the parts from shifting around. They make sure to deliver all the things safely to the new place, and this is what they did, and also they placed the treadmill in the house where I wanted it, which I appreciate.
A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
Moving out of my old ranch house was a big task because of the massive basement storage. I had years of holiday decorations and old furniture down there. Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team that worked incredibly hard all morning. They carried every single box up the stairs and into the truck. I was surprised at how much they could fit in one trip. They were very cheerful and easy to talk to during the whole process.
