I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
They were always in a good mood and would do whatever you asked. I didn't care that the movers took breaks to chill because the moving day was very hot and humid. So, stoked! Everything went according to plan.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
