Thanks to William for helping us schedule a last-minute move after another company canceled. We had a mix of boxes, furniture, and a few fragile kitchen items. The team arrived early and stayed efficient the entire time. They packed smartly and communicated well throughout. It was honestly a relief after the stress of rescheduling everything so quickly. Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Finding dependable help for a move is not always easy. This crew handled the job for me, and I'm thankful I called them. The house had boxes everywhere, and I honestly didn't know where to start that morning. Having people there to take care of the moving part helped a lot. I could focus on getting my paperwork and keys sorted while they handled the rest. The whole move was much easier than trying to do it alone.
Because they were honest and the price they quoted was the exact amount we paid, I will be using them again and recommending them to others for our next move.
I must tell you that these guys are freaking incredible for any shifting. I had tons of loads to relocate, the time was too short, and even the thought of packing and moving in a week was daunting to me. Hands down to these experts who value their clients and get the job done in the finest possible way.
Kenneth was quite skilled; he took extra precautions by using more protective equipment when moving. They worked hard all day long without losing their good spirits. He deserves my immense thanks, which I owe him.
