I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.
Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
The movers from this company did a fantastic job. Jack sent 3 movers on the same day I booked my appointment. They worked hard to pack and transport everything on time, even though the booking was last minute. The move went smoothly, and I had no issues adjusting, so their hard work was worthwhile.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
For my move out of state, these guys were a huge help. I had a bit of a mess with my building's freight elevator being out of service, but they just rolled with it and got everything up the stairs without any complaints.
I stored some of my belongings in their storage facility to paint my home. After the work was completed, I called them to deliver the items back to me. The crew meticulously delivered my antique dining set the very next day. This service was exceptionally reliable, which is very rare. If you need them, please use them.
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment across town, and Swift Shift Van Lines was very professional and competent. They were careful and quick with our fragile things. Keep up the good work, guys!
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
Joseph and his team took care of my move from TX to NY. These guys were very professional, handling all my furniture with caution, such as my vintage oak cabinet and marble coffee table. They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. James deserves a big shoutout from me.
