We had a great experience with Swift Shift Van Lines. The movers were friendly, courteous, efficient and hard workers. They were a pleasure to work with and we are very glad we went with Swift Shift Van Lines.
Swift Shift Van Lines did a wonderful job with my move. They arrived promptly, packed everything securely, and carried items with respect. It felt like my belongings were in good hands from start to finish.
This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
My son moved into his college dorm on the fourth floor with no elevator. The movers carried all 10 boxes, set up his bed, and made the process quick. I’d absolutely recommend them to any parent.
A piano and a number of large shards of glass needed moving. By including additional padding, they ensured that everything arrived in one piece.
When our family of 7 had to relocate across the state, the thought of packing up years of memories was overwhelming. But their moving crew turned the entire process into a smooth experience. They handled everything from our fragile heirlooms to bulky furniture with incredible care. They delivered everything in immaculate condition and stayed behind to help with unpacking. We’re glad we hired them!
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
5 stars without any second thought. We had about 2 rooms worth of stuff and they wrapped and loaded everything in a few hours. My wife was standing there watching them the whole time because she was nervous, but by the end, she was the one praising them.
These guys are great; they get the job done and are kind to boot. The relocation was accomplished rapidly, and all items were treated with the highest care throughout.
Everything was done in about 4 hours, which matched what they told me earlier. That made it easier for me to plan the rest of my day.
