Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.

It was nice that William and the experts were so careful with my things. While they were transporting my things, Melvin went above and beyond to make sure nothing went missing. I had a lot of stuff. He checked everything twice while loading and unloading to ensure he didn't skip anything.
