The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!

These superheroes with packs saved the day! They efficiently packed up my entire apartment, including my enormous couch, and placed everything in a little box.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
My delicate Victorian chairs as well as my large sectional were all handled and transported very well. They were all very pleasant, so they became more than helpful—they were also enjoyable at the same time.
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
