Relocating stock for my small bookstore was a big task. These workers carried boxes of novels and display racks into the new unit. I am satisfied with the help I received.
Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
We moved and picked up furniture from our home, a family member's house and a storage unit. The company carefully outlined the route and verified the order of stops. During unloading, all items were accounted for.
The layout at the new place was a bit tight, especially around the entrance. They adjusted how they carried larger furniture to get it inside without damaging the walls.
The three-member moving crew was excellent. They arrived on time and worked diligently. Plus the communication throughout the journey was spot-on too. I received all my possessions on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I recently moved, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I've ever made. I can't remember the last time I felt so content and satisfied. Following the move of my family of four from a two-story house with numerous heavy furnishings, all items were successfully delivered. This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
So pleased with how this relocation turned out. I was moving to a coastal house and had concerns about humidity affecting my stuff. The movers took time to wrap each piece and added protective layers suited for the weather. After reaching, all things were safe without any damage.
