The movers arrived with all the necessary materials – boxes, blankets, straps – and packed our entire 3-bedroom home in few hours. When we got to the new house, they carefully unloaded each box into the corresponding room, and set up our furniture just as we requested. They deserve nothing but praise!
My experience with this company was way better than I expected. The team that arrived to help me move began loading all my things. I appreciated the way they listened to my directions for the bedroom setup. All of my belongings are now inside my new apartment, and nothing was damaged. I would book the same service again if needed.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
