The movers arrived around 11 am and immediately started working. They had to carry our heavy drawers down the stairs using lifting straps and rolling dollies. The entire transit was on schedule. Great experience.
Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
The professionalism and quickness of their moving firm impressed me greatly. They committed to the role and came prepared on the moving day with the packing supplies. Nobody can match their prices or the quality of service they deliver when it comes to packing and moving.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
I had no major problems with the move into my new home whatsoever, even though there were parking issues and delays caused by weather.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
The movers were absolute professionals. They navigated my narrow staircase without a single scratch on the walls or furniture. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they took time to check that everything was positioned where I wanted it in my new place. I've moved plenty of times, and this was by far the easiest.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
Moving my office desk and computer gear worried me because I need them for work. The movers labeled and packaged each piece, then set it up again at the new spot exactly how I needed
My favorite part was how they handled the stairs. My new apartment has a narrow staircase, and I thought my sofa wouldn’t fit. They worked it around the bend without scratching the walls once.
