The performance of Swift Shift Van Lines was excellent! Their packing and moving services were first-rate; I'm happy I used them. My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged. They worked hard but were also very pleasant to chat with. It didn't feel like a stressful transaction; it felt like I'd hired a friendly team to help me out.

It was clear that these guys have a lot of experience because they knew exactly how to pack the truck. I'm glad the day went so well. The move was finished much earlier than I thought it would be, and I will be hiring them for future relocations.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
Our big dresser was really heavy and hard to move, but these movers had a clever trick. They put these things under it that made it slide easily across the floor without leaving any scratches on our beautiful new hardwood.
This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
Swift Shift Van Lines Movers has the best movers crew for the service; they have all been awesome when I hired them. Their staff was punctual, skilled and dedicated to the work. I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
