I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.

We had a large sectional, two TVs, and a wobbly bookshelf I was nervous about. They wrapped it all up and kept it steady in the truck. Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
