We were moving long-distance with a very tight schedule, and we were worried about delays. Luckily, the crew showed up on time, worked with commitment, and kept us updated throughout the journey. They arrived at the new house exactly when promised, and none of the items were damaged. We cannot be more thankful!
We moved at a faster pace than anticipated and made no compromises on quality. With all the boxes, the team was careful, and with the larger pieces of furniture, they used professional moving equipment. Communication was very good throughout. Great overall experience.
The company moved our items with great efficiency and punctuality. They easily disassembled our previous house's dining table, sofa, and bed and put everything back together when we moved. They also safely packed our microwave, PC and TV and treated them with care. Together, they finished the relocation in few hours.
I've never used movers to help with a move before, but I can assure you that it was easy and painless. The men did not take unnecessary breaks and were polite and respectful. When I eventually need to relocate, I will, without a doubt, hire an once more.
I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place. I thought that would complicate everything, but the movers followed my labeling system and made sure it all went exactly where I needed. There was no confusion at all. I didn't have to explain things twice, and that made a big difference by the end of the day.
Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.
I had several delicate antiques that required special handling. Luckily, the crew from Swift Shift Van Lines wrapped each item in layers, secured them inside wardrobe boxes for extra stability, and made sure they were the last loaded and first unloaded. I was overjoyed when I received every single piece in perfect shape!
They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!
Joseph and his team were extremely organized, courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. They carefully packed our breakables and moved our bulky furnishings. They had a very short time moving our stuff into our flat, but they were prompt and efficient. 5/5 Without a doubt, I would employ their services once again.
