Their communication during the journey was impeccable, consistently keeping me informed about the progress. I couldn't be more content with the level of service they delivered.
What a fantastic group of people! Their professionalism, care and speed were evident as they skillfully relocated our belongings to a third-floor apartment. To make sure they could meet us when we were ready, they checked in with us the day before our visit to see what time we were expecting to arrive. And they did! Almost a week before the event, I made my reservation.
We moved into our first home last month, and I’m really glad we chose Swift Shift Van Lines. They packed our fragile dishes and TV with extra padding. The crew was friendly and worked steadily through the day. I liked that they checked in before leaving to make sure everything was in the right room.
The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
I've never used movers to help with a move before, but I can assure you that it was easy and painless. The men did not take unnecessary breaks and were polite and respectful. When I eventually need to relocate, I will, without a doubt, hire an once more.
Thanks to the Paul and Griffith from the company, the transfer was smooth and easy. Whenever I had questions during the operation, he promptly responded. My recommendation is for them. On time and intact, the things came.
We had an office relocation with ten desks, several monitors, and filing cabinets. The movers labeled everything, packed electronics separately, and set up the desks again at the new space. I would recommend them to any business.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
It was a real pleasure to spend time with people who were so kind and helpful. My grandfather's antiques were carefully packed and sent quickly, which said a lot. Also, their service was great.
