Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
I have a large collection of musical instruments, and I needed to move them to my new place. The movers were careful with each instrument, from my guitars to my piano. They took their time wrapping everything and made sure all the instruments were secure during the move. I was relieved to see that everything arrived without a single scratch.
My interaction with these gentlemen from Swift Shift Van Lines was excellent. They worked quickly, efficiently, and competently. I heartily endorse them!
Honestly, I thought moving would be a nightmare, but these guys made it simple. They wrapped things up properly and loaded the truck smartly, so nothing got damaged.
The move took four hours total from start to finish. I had a three hour window estimated so they were a little over, but I did not mind because they were careful the whole time.
The choice to use Swift Shift Van Lines for the move was the right one! Both the staff and the costs were affordable. What a pleasure it was to work with them! There was no delay in the arrival of anything in MD, and they all worked like clockwork.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
My soft floor runner, corals, and floor lights were all saved without a scratch. There is no better company to contact than Swift Shift Van Lines.
Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
