Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. Care was taken to avoid damaging the walls or the furnishings. There won't be any bad outcomes. In my perspective, Swift Shift Van Lines is necessary.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
Our move included a 200-gallon fish tank, which I was sure would be a disaster. But the movers treated it like gold, draining it carefully and using custom padding to transport it. They also positioned it in the new living room and waited while I set up the filtration system. Not a single fish was harmed!
Moving my store to a new spot sounded horrible. I got too much stuff, but they finished it way faster than I thought. I didn’t even lose a day of work. Very Smooth Transition!

This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
We also relocated from state to state, and had to arrange delivery times. The movers arrived on time, and everything was transported safely. We recommend them!
My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.
What a fantastic company! Throughout the day, Phillip and his team worked nonstop, rarely taking breaks for meals or relaxation. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our every need, were kind and professional throughout, and met all of our requirements. I will definitely use them again.
My wife and I had a comfortable relocation experience. Alan and his team of 3 were efficient workers and handled everything from packing to delivery exceptionally well. They even reassembled our furniture and reinstalled our TV and fridge for us after delivery – and that too without extra charges. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
