All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
A solid 5-star experience with Adam’s crew. They arrived promptly at 11 am (half an hour after booking on the same day) and quickly got to work. They packed my sofas and floor-length mirrors thoroughly in few hours and delivered them unscratched to me in SD. I am thoroughly impressed with the fast service and absolutely recommend them!

Our six-month trip from TX to KS required us to put our stuff in storage. On time, and without incident, our fragile and cumbersome items were delivered. We took special care to pack the TV and pictures. We were pleasantly delighted by how smoothly and quickly the procedure went.
Incredible movers! They were especially careful with my delicate glassware, wrapped them skillfully, and provided me with special boxes. They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.
This team was very efficient with my move; I was surprised how easily it went. They remained very organized throughout.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
Incredible service from start to finish. The team was meticulous in wrapping and protecting our fragile items. Everything arrived at our new home without a scratch. A+ service!
