When it rained quite hard, the movers went to work to make sure our hardwood floors were taken care of! They installed protective runners in the hallways and put shoe covers on to prevent mud from being tracked in the hallways.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
Last month, I moved my collection of 100 framed photographs to a new gallery. Two people came by and helped me with the heavy wooden crates. They were careful with the glass and the corners of the frames. I liked how they organized the truck, so the largest items were in the back. The drive across town was fast, and they unloaded the art in an hour. My new gallery looks great, and I am happy with the results.

My mattress was transported with the utmost care; the movers even provided additional straps to keep it in place on the truck.
I am so glad I hired this team because they made my move look like a breeze. The truck was plenty big enough for all my clothes and kitchen supplies. They handled my television with a lot of care and made sure it was stable for the drive. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish.
