5 star communication!

I was thoroughly impressed at how efficiently the moving crew tackled the challenge of transporting things to a high-rise apartment (on the 5th floor). Since the elevator was out due to power outage, I was a bit concerned that they would put things off, but they took the task head-on and safely carried everything up into my apartment through the stairs. Not a single piece was scratched or harmed in any way. I am grateful beyond measure!

Terrible

This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.

Loved them!

Best Move Ever, Not Kidding.

David checked on every detail during the move. He reminded the crew to double-wrap fragile items and asked me about the placement of the boxes. Having that extra attention gave me a lot of peace of mind.

What a disaster!

We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.

All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. They Were Mind Blowing

The attention to detail was remarkable. The movers used custom crates for artwork and antiques. They took photos of the setup of electronic devices before disassembling them, which helped immensely when reassembling. They had a wardrobe box for clothes, so they arrived wrinkle-free.
