Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team that worked incredibly hard all morning. They carried every single box up the stairs and into the truck. I was surprised at how much they could fit in one trip. They were very cheerful and easy to talk to during the whole process.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. The customer service was good. I had a lot of questions because I had never hired movers before, and the person on the phone was patient with me. On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
