After a divorce, I had to move out of my family home, which was a difficult experience. The movers were incredibly respectful and made the process much easier. They packed up my things with care, and I was grateful for how kind they were throughout the whole process. They moved everything quickly, and I felt relieved to have one less thing to worry about during a tough time.

Bait and switch

This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

It was a solid overall professional move.

Couldn't be happier with how the move turned out. The movers arrived right at sunrise, ready to handle all the catering supplies for my new kitchen setup. They carefully organized pans, racks, and coolers by size and made sure everything was securely sealed before loading. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free from beginning to end.

Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic!

The move from my third-floor apartment went better than I hoped. The guys took my heavy sectional sofa apart and carried the pieces down the narrow hallway without hitting any corners. They used thick plastic wrap to keep the cushions from getting dirty during the trip. The whole process stayed on track, and my furniture arrived in great shape.

Very Smooth Transition!

Moving with a newborn seemed like a nightmare, but these movers were incredibly understanding and efficient. They worked quickly, made sure to keep noise levels low, and even helped rearrange furniture so we could set up the nursery easily. I highly recommend them!

Honestly.

Honestly, I was not expecting it to go this smoothly. The whole move was done faster than I thought, and the guys were very easy to deal with.
