My husband and I had a stress-free move into our condo in NY. The crew was efficient and handled packing and delivery incredibly well. They also offered to help us with organizing our new place after delivery. We strongly recommend them!
I’ve moved several times before, but this was the first time I felt completely stress-free. The crew from this company was at the top of their game the whole way through. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even helped arrange the furniture in my new Office after delivery (without any extra charges). Their professionalism was unrivalled and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
Honestly, I was not expecting it to go this smoothly. The whole move was done faster than I thought, and the guys were very easy to deal with.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
Thanks to the movers, relocating from TX to NY was easy. John and Michael packed the truck snugly so that nothing would move throughout the long trip. No damage occurred during move.
James and his group just did a killer job with my move from FL to TX. These guys were so courteous, handling all my furniture with care, including my baker’s rack and my beloved armchair. They even helped me disassemble my dressing table and put it back together in my new place. And despite the fact that we had to move during rush hour traffic, they didn’t complain once. They were very patient and flexible. They rocked my move and I’m very grateful to them.
I've never used movers to help with a move before, but I can assure you that it was easy and painless. The men did not take unnecessary breaks and were polite and respectful. When I eventually need to relocate, I will, without a doubt, hire an once more.
It was a real pleasure to spend time with people who were so kind and helpful. My grandfather's antiques were carefully packed and sent quickly, which said a lot. Also, their service was great.
Price doubled when movers showed up and started loading , then when my furniture showed up, there was over $7000 in damage and rendered most things useless. Multiple phone calls led no where and insurance doesnt reply.
