The team was very focused on getting the truck loaded up. I was worried about things getting bumped around during the drive, but James and the team made sure the cargo was secure. They stayed on task and didn't take a lot of breaks while they were at my place. It was a relief to see how they handled the transition to the new house.
I had a long-distance move scheduled and was nervous about timing and communication. I had furniture, clothes, and several fragile decorations that mattered a lot to me. From the pickup to drop-off, everything went according to plan. The movers stayed in touch along the way, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. When the truck arrived, not a single item was damaged. Such reliability is hard to find.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines for a weekend move to our new house in the suburbs. It was a two-day process since we had a garage full of tools and outdoor gear. The team packed the garage separately and labeled every box. When we unpacked, everything was easy to find.
Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines assistance, the change went off without a hitch. Two men arrived on time, were very attentive, and quickly and effectively covered my furniture.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
We've done one move all by ourselves but this time we decided to get professional movers to help. It was a vast difference, indeed. We didn't have to pick up heavy furniture, hire extra equipment, or call friends for assistance, and the entire day was much smoother.

We’re glad we hired them!
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

The crew loaded everything efficiently and quickly. They even swept the unit clean before they left. The entire job was finished before noon.
