The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.

Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.

The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
