He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. My experience turned out better than expected. The movers stayed on task and didn’t bounce around between things. They worked through the move in a way that made sense and didn’t need to redo anything. Items fit the way they planned it, and there was no stopping and restarting. The work kept moving without feeling chaotic. Once it was done, I felt good about how it all went and didn’t have any second thoughts about using the service.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
I had a terrific experience from the very first interaction. Throughout the entire procedure, the personnel was kind, patient, and kept me updated. Without any unforeseen problems, everything was finished on time. Their meticulousness was just remarkable. I would absolutely utilize their service again.
James and Michael provided excellent communication throughout the move. They kept me informed about the progress, from the initial assessment to the final delivery. Their clear instructions made it easy for me to prepare and plan accordingly.
I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.
