They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
I was worried about a glass bookshelf and expensive mirrors. The corners were protected and well-padded. Packing my dishwasher, blender, and slow cooker together with labels made unpacking easier. There was no need to do anything.
Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
Several vintage items were worrisome. They had a corner protector, foam wrap and crates for the delicate items. They had wrapped them very carefully, and we were very happy that everything arrived safely!
My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.

To top it off, all the boxes and cartons were clearly labelled which saved us a lot of hassle during unpacking. We had a seamless transition thanks to them. We cannot recommend them enough!
