In order to keep everything clear, the crew dismantled desks, packed monitors with care, and even organized documents. Their expertise saved us from hassle and precious time. Truly, first-rate service.
We needed several large rugs and a loom. The team rolled and secured properly to avoid creases. The loom was reassembled and ready to use.
They wrapped everything up way earlier than I expected. They kept things in order and moved them step by step. I didn’t have to keep checking, and all my things were safely at my new place.
Andrew and his unit men worked like well-oiled machines, always in sync and always ready to get the job done. They skillfully navigated my massive sectional sofa via narrow hallways and entrances. My mattress was transported with the utmost care; the movers even provided additional straps to keep it in place on the truck.
We reached out to Swift Shift Van Lines for an interstate move and the booking went flawlessly. The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
The movers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They handled every item with care and made sure everything was delivered safely. I truly appreciate their professionalism.
Our move was handled very efficiently by Swift Shift Van Lines. Everyone worked together efficiently, and they seemed experienced with moving heavy furniture. They were mindful of the walls and door frames, as these were rather large, since we have some very large furniture.
