I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
The team handled our move-out from an apartment building in the busy downtown area where parking is a huge issue. The driver parked the truck well in the loading area without blocking traffic and the crew finished clearing out our unit of 2 bed units before the arranged time.
The workers finished early and arrived on time. They moved my fridge, washer, and dryer without damaging the floors or walls.
