10 out of 10 for how the move turned out. I was helping set up for a small family event and needed help moving supplies to the venue. The crew came early, took a quick look around, and got right to it. Each item was packed with care and loaded in the order I suggested. They didn’t slow down or ask for instructions over and over.
The attention to detail was remarkable. The movers used custom crates for artwork and antiques. They took photos of the setup of electronic devices before disassembling them, which helped immensely when reassembling. They had a wardrobe box for clothes, so they arrived wrinkle-free. The team leader, Steven, updated throughout the move, ensuring nothing was overlooked.
Everything was well coordinated from the booking to the move. I received an email confirming the date and time of the crew's arrival, an invoice breakdown and a reminder of items to pack. The crew arrived promptly and worked around the clock on moving day until the job was completed safely. I can't say enough nice things about them!

They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.

They responded to my questions and requests promptly and professionally, and provided me with a clear and comprehensive quote that explained the scope and cost of the service. They also kept me updated throughout the process, and notified me of any changes or delays. They delivered on their promises.
Swift Shift Van Lines competence was on full display as they skillfully squeezed my king-sized bed through the front door.
I liked how the crew prepared everything before transportation. Furniture was secured well, and fragile household items received extra attention. The unloading process was also neat and straightforward.
