Extremely professional gentlemen.

I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.

Great service and lovely to deal with

What impressed me most was how the team worked together. I was moving to a new place closer to my job, and they made the process simple. The crew arrived with all the supplies, loaded my items carefully, and managed the drive without delay. The work was done within the time we discussed. Worst !!!

the worst movers ever they claimed we got a bunch of discounts, then never applied them. then we want to add a table and they charges us $900. we tried to ask why the table was so expensive, just yelled at us and ended the call. They also did the same thing to our friends also moving to Texas.

Very professional and caring.

I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and these guys actually showed up on a Sunday morning with only two days' notice. I was still throwing stuff in bags when they got there, but they didn’t complain or judge the mess. They just started grabbing boxes and even helped me wrap my big floor mirror so it wouldn't crack. Super-fast, super nice, and they didn't charge me a 'panic fee' or anything crazy.

They were very responsive

Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. Care was taken to avoid damaging the walls or the furnishings. There won't be any bad outcomes. In my perspective, Swift Shift Van Lines is necessary.
